From 31 to 1 June 2017 Agostino Soldati has visited the Biblioteca Medicea Laurenziana, in order to analyse the Coptic manuscripts recently discovered in Antinoopolis, during the excavations of the Istituto Papirologico Vitelli, under the direction of Prof. Rosario Pintaudi.
Prof. Pinatudi himself has illustrated in details the status and the actual location of the Coptic manuscripts from the same site, which are in part preserved in the Archaeological Museum of Florence and in part in Egypt.
On this occasion, important photographic reproductions of the manuscripts from Antinoopolis have been acquired.
