Mission to the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana (Venice) for codicological analysis of the Coptic manuscripts

March, 7^th-9^th and 11^th, Francesco Valerio has been working in the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana (Venice) to a codicological analysis of the White Monastery fragments, formerly in the Nani collection, now mss Marciani Orientales 192-193. On this occasion, three unpublished and unnoticed leaves in Sahidic dialect have been discovered: they contain a narration about Pachomius and can be assigned to one of the codices of the Pachomian lives. The edition is in preparation and will be published in the near future.
